We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. If your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of its arrival and we'll do all we can to rectify. Faulty items must be returned to us in full, in its original packaging and original condition within 7 days. For more information please visit our FAQ or T&C page.
