What is London Events Atelier?

London Events Atelier is the NUMBER ONE online space for all things events! We are on a mission to take anyone looking to host an event on a journey of exploring the world of event planning, providing them with the necessary resources to plan and deliver their upcoming affair and further connect them with the UK's leading event suppliers who will help with execution.

 

What are the benefits of listing my business?

Event listing websites are a great way to get the word about your services. You can piggyback off our website traffic, but it also adds an element of credibility to your company.

 

What information do you need from us to be listed on the site?

Every time a supplier is listed, they are asked to share their product/service details. This includes company name, social media handles, company address/phone number/website and a short description for your listing. 

 

How to write an event listing that sells?

Your business listing needs to grab visitors' attention and let them know everything they need to know about your offerings. More importantly, your listing needs to sell your product/service.

 

How do I list my company on the site?

It's super easy; you can purchase our BASIC or FEATURED plans.

 

How much does it cost to get my company listed on the site?

There is an annual fee of £120 for the BASIC plan and £240 for the FEATURED plan.

GDPR Compliance means we only sync customers who opt-in for our marketing emails. If you have subscribed to our newsletter we will first send you an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Once you press ACCEPT a Welcome email with your unique discount code will be sent to the same email address.

Yes - all balloons will be delivered inflated, unless otherwise specified in the description of the product. 

Yes, please use the filter to search for products that can be personalised with your unique text.

Please ensure you check the spelling and accuracy of any Personalised Products before you place your order as you will not be entitled to a refund in respect of any Personalised Products which contain a misspelling that you are responsible for and which you fail to amend at the time of order.

Warning! Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep un-inflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Do not release outdoors or near electric power lines. Balloon colour/size might slightly differ from the image provided.

Most of our products can be delivered across UK mainland, however some balloons don't travel long distances and can only be delivered across London. Please filter by UK Mainland or London Only options.

Yes, at check out, you will be able to choose the preferred delivery date for your products. We advise that you have the items delivered the day before you need them to be on the extra-safe side! 

Yes, we provide a Free Collection service from our London Office (W2 5EU). Please allow up to 3 working days before collecting purchased items. You will receive a notification via email when you items are ready for collection. When collecting, please provide your ID and purchase confirmation. 

Please consider the size of your purchased items and the size of your vehicle before selecting our collection option. London Events Atelier is not liable or responsible for the transport of collecting items.

DPD Delivery: Once the items have been dispatched from London Events Atelier, DPD offers the option for you to leave instructions regarding a safe place or left with a neighbour via text or email. London Events Atelier is not liable for any delivery directions provided by the customer to DPD.

Assisted Delivery by our drivers: we require someone to be present at the delivery location to receive the package. If you are not present to accept the delivery we will not be able to leave your items unattended and you might be liable for additional delivery charges (if delivered within the same day). Perishable items (balloons/flowers) that cannot be accepted/received on the agreed delivery date will not be refunded.

Unfortunately inflated balloons are not able to travel by air. Saying that, we are able to ship certain Balloon Kits (deflated). Contact us to find out more.

Unfortunately not all products can travel long distances. If your delivery address is outside London please browse our UK Mainland options (filter by UK Mainland on Shop Online page). 

London Events Atelier can deliver your gift, simply use the recipient details during the check out. But we strongly advise that you let the recipient know that the balloons are arriving or provide us with the contact number. For security reasons, someone must be present at the drop off location to accept the package. 

 

Yes, you are welcome to order a Bespoke Party Package. Contact us for more information.

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. If your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture (info@londoneventsatelier.com) within 24 hours of its arrival and we'll do all we can to rectify. Faulty items must be returned to us in full, in its original packaging, and original condition within 7 days. For full T&C's click HERE.

Bespoke Party Package

That instagrammable party decor set up designed by you delivered to your door!

Shop ready-made party packages and balloons in our Online Shop. If you would like to create a bespoke package with different colour balloons, or specific party decorations, photoshoot experience, large decor items we can build a Bespoke Party package. We bring your ideas to life, nothing is impossible, come on challenge us! 

"Everything is possible" is our favourite saying! From cakes and dessert tables to party photo shoots and backdrop designs. You name it, we can do it!

Please contact us via GET IN TOUCH page telling us about your event details like date/occasion/number of guests and your approximate budget for this set up. A member of the team will then be in touch to discuss your Package Options.

Once you have secured your Bespoke Party package by putting a deposit down you will be invited to have an initial consultation via phone call/Zoom or face-to-face. After this consultation your planner and stylist will put together a bespoke mood board, styling plan and colour pallet and send this over to you for you to review.
