Real wedding, real love! Dive deep into the heart of Chris and Cara's Scottish summer fairytale, a testimony to real love blossomed into a grand celebration under the meticulous guidance of their wedding planner, Coleen McKay. Without further ado, let us introduce you to Chris and Cara Nicodemi.

Chris and Cara travelled from New Jersey in the US, with 100 guests, to celebrate their marriage in the stunning rural setting of St Andrews, Scotland.

After touching down in Edinburgh, they spent three days touring the east coast town with their friends and family, enjoying the morning sunrise and indulging in copious amounts of ice-cream under the Scottish summer sun. It couldn't have been any better.

Rewind to March 2023 when Chris and Cara, fresh from learning their wedding planner was "winding up her business," reached out to Coleen McKay in a frantic search for a new wedding planner, just six months before the wedding. Can you imagine the levels of anxiety and stress?

Fortunately, Coleen quickly put both Chris and Cara at ease, and the planning process was swiftly restarted. During this time, Coleen onboarded a number of new suppliers and recommended replacing one or two due to concerns regarding commitment and delivery. Wild Flowers, a company local to Edinburgh, was promptly brought on board to bring Cara’s mood board and vision to life. Thankfully, Cara had a very detailed mood board already drafted and had a clear vision and vibe for the entire weekend in mind. It's safe to say that the execution surpassed both Chris and Cara's expectations.

Coleen McKay remarked, 'Our six months of working together quickly passed, and before we knew it, we were all enjoying the informal rehearsal dinner held in the opulent drawing room at Cambo Estate.'

Due to the inclement weather the following day, the wedding ceremony had to be arranged according to "Plan B". In Scotland, as in many other European destinations this summer, Plan B has been implemented more frequently than Plan A. Despite the change in plans, the location and setup did not disappoint; the ceremony featured a breathtaking arch adorned with fresh florals and an aisle lined with exquisite floral meadows.

Once back in the US and recovered from their two weeks of travels, Chris and Cara very kindly shared a heartfelt message with Coleen, providing a few words:
